fix: standardize section header spacing with reusable SectionHeader component

"lets pls use the same consistency padding between the title and the section below as what epeople say which is the correct one
Instead of duplicating the property can we just extract it into a comonent and pass prop title which allows each section to just write the title (like what people say etc)"
